Anyone can install a Bottled Water Cooler, it’s simple! Position the machine nearby an electricity point and out of direct sunlight. Make sure to purchase our 15 Litre bottles of water and place the bottle on the top. All you have to do is plug it in and you’re set to go.

Bottled Water Coolers are easy to maintain. We recommend that customers purchase a Sanitisation Kit and sanitise their water cooler every three months to prevent bacterial or other microbial growth. They must be sanitised this often according to the procedures set out by The British Water Cooler Association, to ensure the cooler is clean and hygienic. If your water cooler is not dispensing water as it should, you might have an airlock. To fix this, just open the tap (with a cup under it) and then squeeze the bottle to force the airlock through.
