FAQs
If you have ordered just the water dispenser, delivery should be achieved within 1 to 2
working days depending on when the order was placed.
If installation has been added this will be completed within a maximum 2 week period
although we aim to complete all installations within 5 working days.
Yes, it is possible to install yourself, but it is not necessarily an easy task. The
unit would need to be connected to the mains water feed, for this we would recommend
using our Installation Kit – this will provide you with all the necessary parts to
successfully connect the water dispenser to the mains water.
You would also need to consider the pipework from the mains water feed to the water
cooler – do you need to drill through any surfaces? If so, you would need to drill a
sufficient whole to run the flexi pipe through.
We recommend that the machine is maintained on a bi-annual basis – this can either be
completed yourselves or something that would be covered by our Maintenance Packages.
If you would like to maintain the unit, replacement filters can be purchased from us,
through our website or with one of our sales team.
If you would prefer for us to take the strain, we would send an engineer every 6 months
to service and change the filter. The Maintenance Agreement would also cover call outs,
so if there were any issues we would be on hand to help.
If we are completing the installation, we have everything covered. We will connect onto
the mains water feed which you already have in place, fitting the necessary parts to
ensure complete
A maintenance visit would comprise of a filter change and full service of parts on the
machine. One visit takes approximately 30 minutes.
If you have any issues with your machine or need any replacement parts, please give us a
call and we will advise what is required.
All our filters are inline filters so are easy to change.
The most important thing to remember to do is to turn off the water supply. If not, you
may get a little wet!
This can be done by turning the isolation valve on the pipework. To make sure the supply
has been turned off, try pushing the button on the machine and see if any water comes
out.
Once this has been done, place a bucket under the filter and pull the tubing from either
end – there may be some water still in the pipes - and replace the existing filter with
the new one.
When this is securely fixed, turn on the water supply back on and draw the water back
through the machine.
The short answer is yes!
All machines which offer hot water have safety features to ensure that children can not
just push a button and dispenser hot water over themselves or others.
Each machine has a different safety feature but if you would like more information
please feel free to give us a call and we can advise what the feature is on the unit
that you are interested in.
If you have a problem with your water dispenser, firstly isolate the water cooler –
there will be an isolation valve where the unit is connected to the mains water feed.
Doing this will ensure that any leaks are minimised and the chance of further damage
reduced.
Once isolated, give us a call!
If you have a maintenance agreement or not, we will endeavour to assist you with any
potential issues you have with your dispenser – whether this be telephone support or
arranging a call out.
If the machine is still under warranty all parts and labour will be covered by this.
We recommend that all our products are fitted with filters and scale inhibitors on hot
water machines.
If you purchase the machine with installation or an installation kit, these products
will be part of these offerings.
