Selfizz Counter Top Mains-fed Water Cooler - Conclusive Package

• Our Installation Service for Mains-fed water cooler dispensers is quick and efficient.
• Installation only takes approximately 45 minutes.
• Installation includes all the necessary parts to connect your water cooler dispenser the mains water supply.
• Your new water dispenser will be delivered to you by courier and we will schedule for our expert engineers to come and install your machine.
• It is important to consider access to a potable mains water supply nearby and an electricity point near your proposed water cooler dispenser site.
• Please also ensure there is adequate countertop space for countertop water cooler dispensers, or adequate floor space if it is a floor-standing water cooler dispenser. Please check product dimensions before ordering.
• The dispenser must ideally be positioned within 2 metres from the mains water supply without the need for additional plumbing. 
• Please contact us if your desired dispenser location is more than 2 metres away from the mains water and we will work out a solution for you.
• Please note we do not do any electrical work or hard plumbing of pipework. 

Installation Checklist:

1. Water supply within 2m. Please bear in mind that we run 6mm tubing from the water supply to the dispenser, so closer to the water supply the better.
2. Power socket within 1m.  Ideally next to the unit or in a cupboard underneath the unit.
3. Check space between the worktop and any wall cabinets to ensure the dispenser can fit.
4. We will need to drill an 8-10mm hole in your worktop to connect the dispenser to your water supply. Wood, granite or marble worktops are all fine.

Maintenance - 3 Years:

• Includes a Maintenance visit every 6 months for 3 years.
• One maintenance visit takes approximately 30 minutes.
• Each visit includes a professional Sanitisation and a Water Filter replacement, carried out by our experienced engineers.
• We use Carbon Block Water Filters which offer fine levels of filtration, significantly improving the taste and odour of the water. Crystal clear filtered water is achieved in a matter of seconds.
• All maintenance servicing appointments will be scheduled on a date to suit you. Just get in touch with us to schedule your next maintenance service.
• In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your water dispenser, we offer a free call-out service as part of this package.
• What is a Sanitisation? When we sanitise your water cooler dispenser, we clean the internal parts which come into contact with the drinking water supply as well as the external surfaces. This prevents bacterial and microbial growth and keeps your water cooler dispenser at optimal hygiene. We also replace your water filter to ensure for clean, great-tasting water. Our Sanitisation programs are TWHA (The Water Dispenser and Hydration Association) certified, providing you with the highest possible standard of hygiene and cleanliness for your water cooler dispenser.
